First degree: BA Mathematics (University of Cambridge, 2004)
After completing the MPhil course in Computational Biology, I have started a PhD with Simon Tavaré in the Department of Oncology at Cambridge. Currently I am working on the analysis of microarray data measuring RNA expression levels and DNA copy number changes in cancer cells. In my research, I am interested in statistical methods for the joint analysis of different types of genomic data to identify patterns relevant to cancer classification and therapy.
